No, her promos don't have a "track record".
There's been one single instance on a poster for a movie and in that case it was blatantly obvious to anyone.
Here you see a little bit of side boob strongly highlighted compared to the rest of the body by the lighting. It's still small and fully in keeping with previous nude pictures and scenes.
As this is an ad there's little doubt some photoshopping has taken place. But that will have been to clear up skin and adjust light and such. If you want big boobs you hire someone else for you ads.
